In the United States, a person standing on public property has the right to photograph anything and anyone in view, because people in public have no expectation of privacy. The First Amendment protects freedom of expression through various forms of media and communication, including photography. Therefore, recording footage of things that are plainly visible in public spaces is a constitutional right. Such photography is a form of public oversight over the government and is important in a free society. That said, Blue Sunglass Productions LLC, its photographers, its videographers, and other personnel will always respect the rights and wishes of any subject that is in front of the lens. If someone does not want their photo taken, we won’t ever take their photo. If we have taken your photo and you want it deleted, we will delete your photo. If we have posted your photo online and you wish for it to be deleted, we will delete your photo. Simply put, we will respect the rights and wishes of anyone and anything wherever our paths shall cross.
